TEAM COACH ZONE ADMIN AREA
Input your team profile and team photograph and each player will see this in their own diary under their My Team Profile page. The team photograph you insert will also transfer to each players My Photo Gallery page. Season Ticket: You will see a season ticket number at the top of the page which you should pass on to your players. They use it to join the website and become part of the team group. Only your players can become part of the group because each season ticket # is unique for each team in the club.
Here you can type out a team feedback report or group message and each player will receive a copy in their 'My Coach' Report page.
Insert you club website address and upload the club crest image. Take the image from your club website and save it in your pictures area on your pc and then click the 'browse' button to find it and insert it. The crest will now be seen as a web link on all players diary pages.
You can send individual messages to players by going to your My Team Members page and clicking the 'message'button against the player. Type in your message and press send. Any replies from the player will be seen here in your My Messages page. The players must join the team group to receive and send mesages.

DIARY PAGE FEATURES ; players & coach MY TEAM MEMBERS Players who join the team diary group will appear automatically in the My Team Members page of all other players, but just in case they dont join then add them yourself to form a full list. ( You can always delete the record you created when they do join to avoid having two profiles of the same player)
MY FIXTURES players and coaches add their own fixtures. You must add a fixture first in order to create a report.
MY TEAM PROFILE Your team photo and profile that the coach has created.
MY PROFILE Where you can change your email or password.
MY FRIENDS Add friends who are members of our website and view their profiles. They can be from other teams and sports.
MY REPORTS Players and coaches - create your own report for each match.
MY PHOTO GALLERY Add photographs by downloading them in the normal way. Make sure the images are no larger than 512kb.
MY TOURNAMENTS Insert your group and knockout stage results and record a tournament report.
MY SEASON Record the season statistics and awards. Use the TITLE BOXES according to your sport. Example TITLE 1 PLAYED RESULT 1 20 TITLE 2 WON RESULT 2 18 This then reads in your final stats heading as PLAYED 20 WON 18 ...... and so on
MY CONTACTS Store your contacts in one central area.
MY PRESS CLIPPINGS Scan in press clippings.
CREATE NEW SEASON Only use this to archive a season you have allready reported on. Enter the new season's name and the previous season will be archived and stored at the top of your diary home page. Reports,photographs and fixtures will all be archived. All other pages should be printed out if you wish to keep a record of them. If you do not then they will be deleted as you create the new season.
SEASON TICKET CODE Should a player or coach change team's they can enter the season ticket number of the new team and join their new team's diary membership without losing any of their diary information.
MY COACH REPORT Team feedback reports and messages from your coach will appear here.
MY MESSAGES Send messages to team mates and the team coaches who have registerd as part of the team group.

HOW CAN I NAME MYSELF AS THE TEAM COACH Add your name at registration and against your surname write (Team Coach)
DO I NEED CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION No. Simply login with the email address and password you set up.
PRIVACY Members never have their diary information made public as they have created their own email and password to access their diary area.
CAN I CHANGE TEAMS Yes use the 'change season ticket ' button. You will not lose any diary pages.
